Scenic Lookouts

Burnie can be seen at all angles from some of our amazing lookouts.

It's surrounded by hills and escarpments and built around the majestic Emu Bay.

The view from the Roundhill Lookout is spectacular at sunrise and sunset, and the Wilf Campbell Memorial Lookout offers a fantastic view of the coast and city.

Wilf Campbell Memorial Lookout

The best overview of the city is from the Wilf Campbell Lookout which offers fantastic panoramic views of the coast from the port and city's central business district through to Round Hill.

Round Hill Lookout

With spectacular views of the city and the surrounding farmlands, Round Hill Lookout gives you a 360 degree panorama of the city, rolling hills, farmland, escarpments as well as coastal scenery.

Waterfront Eastern Promenade Lookout

Take a walk along the timber boardwalk and viewing platform with bench seats and a water drinking fountain; for a full view of the Burnie Beach Waterfront
