Maurice is one of a dedicated group of volunteers and plant enthusiasts who have spent the past 30 years creating the Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden just south of Burnie.
The temperate climate, makes it one of the only known places where all the world’s rhododendrons can be grown in the same garden.
